Protect What Matters Most.
Virtual nutrition consulting designed for pilots and aviation professionals. Improve your health markers, build sustainable habits, and protect the medical certification your career depends on.
The Problem
Pilots Are Expected to Be Healthy — But Their Schedules Make It Hard
Aviation professionals face a unique paradox: their career demands peak health and performance, yet the lifestyle of the job makes consistent nutrition nearly impossible.
Long duty days, irregular meals, time zone changes, and limited food options while traveling create conditions where health markers slowly deteriorate — putting both wellbeing and FAA medical certification at risk.

What Makes My Approach Different
Realistic. Sustainable. Built Around Your Life.
Most nutrition advice fails because it doesn’t account for real life — especially in aviation.
I’ve gained a deep understanding of these challenges — through my experience as a private pilot and through my husband’s career as an international cargo pilot.
My approach isn’t about perfection. It’s about finding strategies that actually work — whether you're navigating long duty days, limited options, or feeling like you “know what to do” but aren’t seeing results.
Your Dietitian
A Dietitian Who Understands Aviation — Because She’s Part of It.
For nearly eight years I worked in primary care helping patients manage diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and weight-related concerns — the same issues that can impact a pilot’s FAA medical certification.
But it wasn’t until I started training for my private pilot certificate that I truly understood the demands aviation places on health and performance.

Client Results
Real People. Measurable Progress.
Kylie took me from despair to “I'm actually doing this.” My A1C dropped from 7.2% to 6.5% and I now have a clear plan to manage my health. Her recommendations were practical and easy to apply — the biggest change was improving my breakfast habits so I could start the day with better energy and focus. Kylie's approach makes lasting change feel achievable.
